Our clients can now login to the Global Support Center (GSC) from Global Unity with a single set of login credentials.

Instead of entering a second set of login credentials for the GSC, email address and password, simply click on the new Continue with Global Unity Single Sign On (SSO) option, and you will automatically be logged into the GSC.

How to get to the SSO screen?

Please follow the steps bellow: 

1. Login to Global Unity (as usual)
2. Click Support Center in the left-hand menu and then click GMP Support Center 
3. A new window will open; please continue by clicking on Sign In in the top right-hand corner
4. On the pop-up menu, click Continue with Global Unity 
5. The GSC will display where you may submit new and monitor existing requests as well as review articles about human resources and payroll in various countries.  

Please note that if you are not logged in to Global Unity, you won’t be able to use SSO, and you will have to enter your GSC login details on the right side of the login window.
