What is the Global Support Center (GSC)?

The Safeguard Global Support Center or GSC is our portal where you may submit new and monitor existing requests as well as review our knowledgebase of HR and Payroll primers by region and country.  Learn more and watch a video walkthrough.

I clicked on the GMP Support Center menu option and then click Continue with Global Unity button.  However, I get an error.

You may copy and paste the following comment in a reply to a client:

If you have issues with login to the GSC, please send an email to support@safeguardglobal.com.

I do not use the GSC but instead just communicate with Safeguard Global via email.  

We offer 2 methods of submitting requests:

• Email: You are welcome to continue submitting questions to Safeguard Global via email, and our team will review and direct your email to the right Payroll Specialist for that payroll.
  
  
• GSC request form: Submitting new requests through the GSC allows you to specify the relevant payroll for a particular query or request, and this submission method benefits from smart routing to the Payroll Specialist who can assist you with that particular payroll.
