In order to easily track your submitted service tickets, you must have login to the Safeguard Global Support Center (GSC) in one of these methods:
1. Single sign-on (SS) through Global Unity
2. A login id and password that you set-up directly through the GSC
Option 1: Single sign-on using your Global Unity login credentials
If you use the Global Unity application here at Safeguard Global. you may use the same login id and password to login to the GSC.
Option 2: GSC login id and password
Alternatively, you may set-up a unique password to go with the email that you use to correspond with us.
1.Click on the link in the welcome email.
2. Your name should already be populated, please verify/update as needed. Enter your desired password keeping with the outlined requirements below. Click Set password when complete.
3. Once you have chosen your password, you will be logged into the Safeguard Global Support Center.
Once set up and in the case you have forgotten your password, there is a “Forgot my Password” option on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and you will receive an automated email with a link to follow to choose a new password.
When logging in on a day-to-day basis, follow this link: https://servicecentre.safeguardworld.com/hc/. Then, save this link to your browser favorites.
