Once received, the request will be assigned to an allocated Payroll Specialist who will regularly keep you updated on the status of the request. If your Payroll Specialist needs to contact you to request more information related to your request, you will receive an email similar to the one below:
If a response is not received, on the 3rd business day you will receive an email notification politely reminding you that a response is pending, similar to the one below:
If a response is not received after this initial reminder, a second email notification will be sent to you on the 6th business day, politely advising you that the request has been systematically closed, similar to the one below:
If you have more questions or require further assistance on the matter, you can reopen the request by clicking on the link provided in the second email notification. You are able to reopen the request within 2 calendar weeks; after 2 calendar weeks the request will be systematically solved and you will need to create a new request.
