Safeguard Global is pleased to announce that we are launching a Safeguard Global Support Center Portal for our clients. The Portal provides access to all your support inquiries, self-help knowledge content and learning materials in one location.
When accessing the Global Support Center portal, you will be able to use the following features and benefits:
- Inquiry Management – request, review and respond to all your support inquiries in one place with filtering capabilities to quickly identify inquiries that may require actions from you or your team
- HR and Payroll Knowledge Zone – find information and answers quickly by accessing content related to HR, payroll, statutory and compliance information including our HR and Payroll Primers
- Learning Center – access to training materials and related content for Safeguard Global’s products and services
How can you access the Support Center?
You can access it by using this link: servicecentre.safeguardworld.com or through Support Center menu option in Global Unity. Clients using single sign-on for Global Unity will be automatically logged into the Support Center, for other clients, please perform the following steps:
- Click on Sign In.
- Once the new window opens click on Forgot my password in the bottom of the pop-up window and a new pop-up window will open requesting your email address. Once you submit your email address, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your password.
If you have colleagues who need access, you may update the signatory listing and request access.
